Ultimate Boot Buy - Return/Warranty Policy

Returns other than warranty issues:

  1. Product must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
  2. Customer must contact Ultimate Boot Buy for a Return Authorization number (RA#).
  3. Product must be unworn, unused and in new condition.
  4. Product must be in original packaging/shoe box.
  5. Product must be sent in a way to protect the original packaging/shoe box.
  6. Customer must have original receipt.
  7. Product must be returned at customer’s own expense.
  8. Please write the RA# on the outside of package and return to the manufacturer at:

  9. When shipping your return, you may want to inquire about insurance. Neither Ultimate Boot Buy nor Ridge Footwear will be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise.
  10. Please specify whether you would like an exchange or credit to your credit card.
  11. Customer will be responsible for shipping charges on exchanged product.
  12. Merchandise returned for restock may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returns for warranty issues:

  1. Product is warranted for 60 days from date of purchase.
  2. Customer must contact Ultimate Boot Buy for a Return Authorization number (RA#).
  3. Product must have been purchased from Ultimate Boot Buy.
  4. Customer must have original receipt.
  5. Product must have a manufacturing defect.
  6. Product cannot be returned because they don’t fit right or you didn’t find them comfortable.
  7. Product cannot be returned if they have been mistreated, abused, etc.
  8. If manufacturer finds product is indeed defective, the merchandise will either be repaired or replaced in a timely manner.
  9. Product must be returned at customer’s own expense.
  10. When shipping your return, you may want to inquire about insurance. Neither Ultimate Boot Buy nor Ridge Footwear will be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise.
  11. Ultimate Boot Buy will NOT pay for or reimburse return shipping costs. Ultimate Boot Buy WILL pay shipping when returning warranty repairs or exchanges to the customer, within the US.
